Timbers Kaua'i Debuts Luxury Ocean Club And Residences In Hōkūala

This article featured the latest Timbers Resorts Collection property- Timbes Kauai- which is within the Hokuala development in Lihue, Kauai.   Kauai is the west most island of the state of Hawaii.  

The property included fractional and whole ownership residences (most were furnished) + two pools, a pool house, restaurant/bar, back of house areas all overseen by Amanda.  The incorporation of operations, furnishings, lighting and layout played were key to an inclusive architectural/interior design. 

The property architecture was partially in place when Timbers Resorts purchased the property and plans for 2 of the 3 buildings were already purchased. So, Poss Architecture required a lot of finesse.  Amanda collaborated with Poss Architecture on the finishes of the exterior + Wilson & Associates on the interior finishes/furnishings + all of the exterior furnishings.
